The Information Technology Integration and Development Solutions business unit is dedicated to identify market needs or specific companies, requirements for the latest technologies of IT systems, and lead projects that will help our clients to achieve successful results.  The unit work is based on MSF (Microsoft Solution Framework) methodology in its variations, "Agile" or "CMMI", according to the type and size of each project.

According to the used methodology, our unit has a team-based structure schema that specializes in each area related to a project, reducing risks and increasing the probability of success.

These areas are: Project Management, QA, Architecture, Development, Business Analysis, Testing and Distribution.

All the team-based schema components represent the whole project’s life-cycle including the vision, production, use and maintenance. Each member of the team carries out at least one of the functions and is responsible for supporting the area that represents it within the team schema. No area is more important than the other one; therefore, no function is more important than others. This model raises and homologous team of total reliance, with shared responsibilities and open communications.

Each person who performs a function is responsible for a determined part of the solution and its quality.
The team adapts to the necessary scale of each project. The different parts can be combined in small groups or be redefined, as the teams grow parallel to a greater spread of projects.

Cycles and iterations

The definition, the development and validation of the product is made in iterations that overlap themselves and have as a result an incremental ending of the project. The different iterations have a different focus as the launching of project approaches. The small iterations allow reducing the margin of error of estimations and providing faster feedbacks of the project plans precision. There has to be a stable part of the global system for each iteration.

Project’s Phases.

Each project is divided by phases, which are as follows: Forecast, Planning, Generation, Stabilization and Implantation.

For each project’s phase, reports are defined and given on each iteration to the clients, so that they can follow the advance and give the team a hint of satisfaction. The graphic above, in fact, represents an ideal working scheme for a “Software Factory” that it is exactly how this unit works.

The final goal could be the development of a new system or an integration of existing solutions in an already deployed platform. The main niche of the unit are the micro financial systems, because of the “Know How” acquired by the personnel, which does not limit the penetration to other industries against new opportunities, knowing that the personnel has the necessary formation and capacities to do so.
